Inn At Great Neck

It was basically all right, the carpet in the room was a bit grubby, but in the American hotels it happens very often

The accommodation is very central; It is only a few steps to Train Station to Manhattan. Also restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance in a few minutes.

The hotel has an underground car park, but you can not park your car there independently. On and off parking is done exclusively by a hotel employee. Waiting periods can not be ruled out.

It's luxurious trendy boutique hotel with delightfully helpful staff. The location is magnificent and perfect, close to the train station to the synagogues.

Nothing at all.

The Inn features a stylish art deco decor that creates a unique atmosphere. My room was spacious, well-furnished, and surprisingly quiet, great for excellent rest. The staff were consistently friendly and efficient, assisting with check-in and answering all my queries promptly. The hotel also offers a convenient fitness center to maintain their routine while traveling.

The dining options were somewhat lacking.

The breakfast always had hot and sumptuous choices. Location: the hotel was not far from the train station to the synagogues and the trains and the very charming downtown of Great Neck. The private parking was on site, outstanding service. Everything was superb, the staff were really helpful.

Really enjoyed our sumptuous breakfast and the restaurant. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was a nice size and well-kept with a separate walk-in shower.

Was a wonderful base for trip. It was reasonably clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient, plus the service was exceptional. Enjoyed the deluxe room with the tea/coffee, rose petals, for example I was given. The location was magnificent and amazing for my trip. You could walk to shopping centres and all the main shops.

The hotel needed modernising.

I had such a great stay! My last visit to great neck was nice, but this time, everything felt even more cute. The staff were great for our comfort and safety, letting the kids play freely while we relaxed. A good experience!

no hot water in the shower.

The location was perfect for visiting family on Long Island, with excellent access to New York City just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to deal with a noisy air conditioning system, which detracted from our experience. A kettle in the room would have been nice for those of us who prefer tea over coffee. Our stay was enjoyable thanks to the convenient location and the helpful staff.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from adding more outdoor activities for families.

Excellent place, offers free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a cute bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my room issue even late at night. I highly recommend it!

The rooms were spacious and I loved the balcony view. I felt super relaxed and comfortable . Plus, the valet service was easy-super efficient!
